Players draw train tracks with their crayon marker. Every piece of track drawn cost money. To get more money, look at the three load cards to figure out which city needs what. Pick up the resource from one city and deliver it to another city to collect money to build more tracks. First one to connect 6 out of the 7 major cities and to have $250 million wins the game. There are other variation of the game, such as British Rails, Australian Rails, EuroRails, India Rail, Lunar Rails, Russia Rails, and Empire Builder.
