Caesar's Gallic War is a two player game based on Jules Caesar's conquest of Gaul. The game begins with Caesar's arrival in Gaul in 58 BC and last through 51 BC. During this time, both players will attempt to bring Gallic tribal areas under their control, either through military or political means. As the Germanic player, you will start with fewer and weaker units, but you will have am easier time recruiting other tribes to your side. As the Romans, you start with six legions, including Caesar and the vaunted X Legion. Your units are faster and stronger. But you'' have a more difficult time recruiting tribes onto your side, and you'll not only have to worry about rebellions, but watch your supplies as well. Rules for solitaire included.
Game Days are the first opportunity for you to play Standard on a global scale with the newest cards. Standard - swiss format, DCI sanctioned, with top 8 players play-off.
$4 entrance fee. Number of players equals to number of packs as prizes.
Every participant, while supplies last, will receive an Avacyn Restored promo card. The Top 8 players also each receive an exclusive full-art prize card, after the swiss round.
