The race is on! Players start in London must travel around the world in the least amount of days. On their turn, players draw a card, may perform the action of where the card is drawn from, and may travel to the next city. The number on the cards played to travel the next city is the number of days it takes you to get there. Watch out for the inspector, for if you end your turn in the same city as him, he will interrogate you and will add 2 days to your travel. Around the World in 80 Days was a runner-up to the German's 2005 Spiel des Jahres.

Game Days are the first opportunity for you to play Standard on a global scale with the newest cards. Standard - swiss format, DCI sanctioned, with top 8 players play-off. $4 entrance fee. Number of players equals to number of packs as prizes.
