Refund Policy
Within 30 days of receiving your order you must notify us by phone 1-877-580-GAME (4263) of your desire to return the item(s).
You are responsible for shipping your return back to us and for all shipping charges incurred.
Items must be returned in same condition they were in when you received them. The item must not have been opened or used.
Note: Items can be returned for store credit or for a refund (applied only to your original payment method). If the shipping error is ours, we will cover your shipping costs if you use our Canada Post account return form, which we will gladly provide to you by e-mail or fax. Refunds will be issued upon receiving your return.
Missing Parts
Contact Craving for a Game and replacement parts will be sent to you at no extra cost.
